Required Documents
- A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Stamped HR Letter stating salary and job title.
- Bank statement (6 months) in English (waived for holders of a valid U.S. visa).
- Family registry (or marriage certificate + children’s birth certificates).
- Copy of national ID card (front and back).
- TRANSLATE : All documents must be translated into English by a certified office.
Application Steps and Procedures
1. The company submits the application and pays the fee (AUD 180) online using the client’s card.
2. A biometrics appointment letter is received within 24 hours, and the appointment is booked immediately.
3. After biometrics, the applicant awaits the embassy’s decision (notification is sent to the client’s email).
4. If approved, the passport must be sent to the embassy for visa issuance.
Important Notes:
- • For first-time travelers: a high-level profession, strong bank statement, and a clear employer approval for leave are required.
- The final decision of approval or rejection is entirely the responsibility of the embassy.
- • In case of rejection, no fees paid to the embassy or visa center are refundable.
