Required Documents
- Original passport (valid for at least 6 months).
- Recent passport-sized photo (white background).
- Employment letter (HR letter) or original commercial register and tax card.
- 6-month bank statement, recent and stamped.
- Flight and hotel bookings and travel itinerary (arranged by the company).

- Invitation letter from China (English and Chinese versions), signed and stamped.
- Copy of the inviter’s company commercial registration and ID of the signatory.
- The same personal documents required for a tourist visa.
Application Procedures
• The company prepares the complete file and submits it on the embassy’s website.
• The client proceeds personally At the visa application center to submit original documents and passport after the embassy reviews the application file.
• The passport will be collected within 5 working days from the date of submission to the center.
