Required Documents
- Valid Passport (minimum 6 months) + previous passports, if available.
- Two recent passport-sized photos (white background).
- HR Letter: Stamped Employment Letter stating (salary, job title, and social insurance number).
- A recent bank statement. For the last 6 months, in English, recent printout (issued no more than 14 days before the appointment).
- Movement Certificate from Tahrir Complex (Abbasiya).
- Family Registration Certificate (for married applicants) or Individual Registration Certificate (for unmarried applicants).
- Copy of National ID Card (front and back).
- Travel insurance (attached to the passport by Aman Company – last page).

Important Notes:
• All documents must be translated into Spanish or English by a certified translation office.
• The client must attend in person. in person to submit the application file at the scheduled appointment.
• For first-time travelers: a high-level profession, strong bank statement, and a clear employer approval for leave are required.
• The approval or rejection decision is solely the responsibility of the Embassy, and fees are non-refundable in case of refusal.
