• Employment letter or full employment details (employer name and address, start date, and job title).
• The visa is issued electronically as a separate document and is not affixed to the passport.
• No personal attendance at the embassy is required for the application.

• The company completes all online application procedures on behalf of the client.

• The approval, rejection, or final determination of the length of stay is at the discretion of the Vietnamese immigration authorities.
