Required Documents
- A passport valid for at least 6 months (with two photocopies).
- Recent passport-sized photo (white background).
- Bank statement (3 months) with a minimum balance of EGP 200,000 (Stamped on each page)
- Employment letter (HR letter)
- Preliminary flight and hotel booking (arranged by the company).
- Travel insurance (attached to the passport by Aman Company – last page).

Application process
1. The company completes the application form and makes initial flight and hotel reservations.
2. The client… personally Submission of the application file at the scheduled appointment in accordance with embassy instructions.
3. The client collects the passport after approval or rejection within 5 to 10 working days from submission.
Important Notes:
- All requirements and the approval or rejection decision are entirely the responsibility of the Embassy and not the company.
- • In case of rejection, no fees paid to the embassy or visa center are refundable.
- Please ensure that all certified translations are completed before the interview date.
