Required Documents
- Valid Passport (minimum 6 months) + previous passports, if available.
- Two recent passport-sized photos (white background).
- Stamped Employment Letter stating (salary, job title, and social insurance number).
- Bank statement for the last 6 months (in English), recent printout. in English Provided that it is printed no more than 7 days before the interview date.
- Family Registration Certificate for married applicants or Individual Registration Certificate for single applicants.
- Travel insurance (attached to the passport by Aman Company – last page).

• All documents must be translated into English or French by a certified translation office.
• The client must submit the application file in person at the scheduled appointment and collect the passport within 15–20 working days from the submission date.
• For first-time travelers: a high-level profession, strong bank statement, and a clear employer approval for leave are required.
• The approval or rejection decision is solely the responsibility of the Embassy, and fees are non-refundable in case of refusal.
