Required Documents
- Valid Passport (minimum 6 months) + previous passports, if available.
- Two recent passport-sized photos (white background).
- Police Clearance Certificate addressed to the Embassy (mandatory requirement).
- Stamped HR Letter stating salary and job title.
- Bank statement for the last 6 months (in English), recent printout.
- Family Registration Certificate for married applicants or Individual Registration Certificate for single applicants.
- Travel insurance (attached to the passport by Aman Company – last page).

Important Notes:
• All documents must be translated into Spanish or English by a certified translation office.
• The client must submit the application file in person at the scheduled appointment and collect the passport within 15–20 working days from the submission date.
• The approval or rejection decision is the sole responsibility of the Embassy, and in case of refusal, no fees are refundable.
• For first-time travelers: a high-level profession and a strong bank statement are recommended to increase the chances of approval.
